Research Abstract |
We studied on-chip molecular analysis in which a processing procedure can be configured dynamically. Two logic operation systems were investigated for easy analysis of DNA information. A method for identifying liquid-based microreactors was constructed using fluorescence color encoding. We demonstrated local and selective induction of DNA reactions by optical manipulation of liquid-based microreactors, and execution of DNA logic operations inside the microreactors.
