Research Abstract |
Separation of neutral and acidic glycopeptides has been developed using DEAE-Sepharose which has two characteristics, hydrophilic interaction (HILIC) and weak ion-exchange. By this method, neutral, sialylated, sulfated glycopeptides from human apolipoprotein B-100, bovine thyroglobulin could be isolated.
