Research Abstract |
The direct vinylogousaldol reaction of γ-CF3substituted azlactone was smoothly proceeded with high syn/anti selectivity (97:3~99:1) and moderate enantioselectivity (up to 39% ee) by using our original chiral guanidine catalyst.
