Research Abstract |
Immunoassay is a test that uses the binding of antibodies to antigens to identify and measure certain disease related protein or pathogenic bacteria. In this study, we developed a rapid and highly sensitive bio-immunoassay sensor system using Brownian relaxation of the magnetic nanoparticles. We could detect 10-6biotins and achieved a detection sensitivity of 20 amol/ml.
