Research Abstract |
This study investigated the effect of different intensity of daytime light on dim light melatonin onset (DLMO). It was indicated that light exposure of 1500 lx at daytime, 3 hours in the morning, did not delay the DLMO. However, the effect of the light exposure may be depended on their lifestyle.
