Research Abstract |
High-performance liquid chromatography is an important separation technique used for bioanalysis. In this study, we used pillar array column, which has high separation efficiency. We performed fast and quantitative analysis of branched-chain amino acids in biological samples using a pillar array column and Integration of pillar array columns into a gradient elution system for pressure-driven liquid chromatography.
