Layered organic-inorganic hybrid films and nanoparticles with concentric spherical nanostructures were prepared through a sol-gel reaction of alkyltrialkoxysilanes and tetraalkoxysilanes. Surprisingly, the hybrid films exhibited dynamic oleophobicity. By
