Research Abstract |
In order to realize all-solution processed devices, organic opto-electronic devices have been investigated. Organic light emitimg devices have been developed utilizing metal-nano particle, carbon nano-wire, or silver nano-wire electrodes. The devices have been fabricated by solution process, and thin film polyelectrolyte blend or metal compounds are inserted between organic conductive layer and electrode. Highly effcient light emitting devices have been realized.
