Research Abstract |
In this study, I have developed a novel polychromatic fluorescence microscopy to overcome the difficulty of linear-unmixing technique that prerequisite reference spectra. I have developed a blind unmixing algorithm, and shown that the algorithm can decompose all fluorescence spectra accurately from a fading sequence of spectral images. I also developed a high speed spectral imaging microscope system on the basis of laser scanning microscope.
