Research Abstract

2 kinds of trisaccharide ligands were synthsized, Sia-Gal-GlcNAc and Gal-(Fuc)-GlcNAc. But tetra saccharide ligand, Sia-Gal-(Fuc)-GlcNAc, was not synthesized.Synthesis of branch part of oligosaccharide were very difficult.Synthesis of thier compounds will affect toward to the elucidation of carbohydrate and lectin interactions.
