Outline of Final Research Achievements |
chondrocyte clusters adjacent to severe cartilage degeneration have specific characteristics, with progenitor and proliferative potential. Intra-articular injection of Sulf-1 suppressed OA progression with MMP-13 down-regulation. Sulfs may have the potential of the novel OA therapy.
