Outline of Final Research Achievements |
There are two points as the result of this study. 1)“Work life balance” promote work motivation is observed. At one of small and medium sized IT firms with a relatively high number of part-time working mothers in their forties, “systems for childcare leave,” “telework,” “system for short-time working” tends to influence work motivation. 2) At small and medium sized IT firms, factors forming work motivation are different by the attributes of employees is observed. At one of the firms with a relatively high number of part-time working mothers in their forties, the “interestingness of work,” “salary and bonus” strongly tends to influence work motivation. At the other firm with relatively high numbers of single fulltime workers in their twenties and thirties, “development ability,” “salary and bonus” strongly tends to influence work motivation.
