Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This test was done in order to gage whether or not the specific movement modality of the subject’s was suitable for alpine skiing competition.In addition, the alpine skiing performance test carried out the development of high rating scales versatile, revealed its effectiveness.This test was very accurate at predicting a subject’s performance level. Moreover, by focusing on muscle power, the test also yielded useful muscle power profile data.In addition, in order to verify the versatility of this performance test, it was applied during the off-season when skiing results are not available. Subjects’ power output graphs were used to ascertain their physical condition for alpine skiing. This allowed for individual adjustment of each subject’s training regimen.
