Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Employee's senior parents' nursing problems are the weighty subjects for Japanese firm. Support from Japanese firm is needed for this problem. If this problem is left, the possibility to increase employee's voluntary separation is high. To control the voluntary separation, various support is requested. It was statistically verified that excellent communications in the office, flexibility of the way of working and improvement of organizational culture etc. were effective according to the analysis of this research.
