Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We confirmed that the scale on fundamental competencies for working persons could be applied to new nurses and examined the fundamental competencies of working persons and related factors.We created the workplace adaptive behaviors scale and the workplace adaptive state scale for new nurses, and confirmed their reliability and validity.The covariance structural analysis we performed confirmed that the fundamental competencies of working persons affect workplace adaptation.We suggest that one of the steps toward a smooth transition of new nurses would be to increase the fundamental competencies for working persons.
