Outline of Final Research Achievements

For reconsidering theoretical ground of penal provisions of Japanese Company Law, I analyzed U.S. Law. Although Japanese Company Law has incorporated many basal and important systems concerning company from U.S. Law, Japanese Company Law have little in common with penal provisions of U.S. Law. I continue my research include relevant laws in this analysis.
