Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the field of breast cancer treatment, breast mastectomy was performed as a standard medication. We paid attention to low invasive therapy (cryotherapy). We tried to prove the effect of cryotherapy in basic research.Breast cancer implanted mice were performed cryotherapy and measured the survival period and serum cytokine connected with cancer treatment. After cryotherapy, survival period was extended and serum cytokines were elevated 48hours later.
