Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is thought that PI3K-Akt activity without JAK-STAT is important for myocardial protection against ischemic reperfusion injury under depressive state. In this study, it was found that fasudil hydrochloride which is Rho kinase inhibitor activates m-KATP channel without JAK-STAT, COX-2 and showed myocardial protection. Therefore, fasudil hydrochloride may show myocardial protection under depressed state.
