Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Cl- transporters control intracellular Cl- concentration, which affects the behaviour of anesthetic agents. We examined if the activation of KCC2 enhances the sedative actions of midazolam. We revealed that CLP290, KCC2 enhancer via phosphorylation of KCC2, enhanced MDZ-dependent sedation.
