Outline of Final Research Achievements

In the allergic rhinitis mice model, a previous report showed that SEMA3A alleviates nasal symptoms through neural functions. We administrate SEMA3A receptor agonist and antagonist, but no remarkable change in phenotypes.
On the other hand, SEMA4A plays great roles in allergic inflammation. Thus, we generate SEMA4A-deficient allergic rhinitis model mice, but phenotypes of this mice model vary widely. Furthermore, we continue to do experiment in this mice model or other allergic rhinitis model.
