Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, we tried to establish the method of isolate and culture Muse (Multilineage-differentiating stress enduring) cells from human dental pulp tissue. Three strains of cultured human dental pulp cells were used. The methods of cell culture, cell sorting, and cluster formation, according to the protocol. In addition, pluripotency were confirmed by RT-PCR.It became clear that can be separated the Muse cells from the human dental pulp cells.
