Outline of Final Research Achievements

A fluoresence derivatization method of glucuronides using DMEQ-hydrazide and DMT-MM was developed. Ethyl glucuronide, oxazepam glucuronide and propofol glucuronide were derivazed under mild condition and detected by HPLC fluoresence analysis.
