Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We generated novel Optocal Coherent Tomography (OCT) devise using mode-locked Ti: sapphire laser as lightsource. The depth resolution was measured to be less than 2.0 μm into the tissue. A raster scanning protocol with 300 B-scans covering a 3.0 × 3.0 mm square region centered at the optiv nerve head was used for volumetric scans.
