Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research, some fundamental statistical analyses are applied to investigate actual situations of promotion, function qualification system, personnel treatment and work motivation. Especially, function qualifications which are bases of promotion system are analyzed in detail. Panel data is combined one of personnel-micro data and questionnaire data. Main results are follows. (1) Work motivations are different by function qualifications. (2) Within the same function qualification grade, there are various groups divided by age, tenure, and education. In addition, work motivations differ by each group. (3) From career-tree analyses, it became clear that promotion passes resulted in designed ones in a company personnel system at least first several work years in the company.
