Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this research study, focusing on the process of forming activity promotion organizations concerning community development utilizing sports, we clarified the classification of organization, the current activities and problem. Field work and interview survey were conducted for five local governments in Japan and two municipalities in South Korea. As a result, the administrative organization was a substantial secretariat for organizations promoting game hosts and sports camp sites invitation / attraction activities. In South Korea, administrative organizations directly promoted it. The region already having a history as sporting camp / training camp and the region entered by international sporting events to be held in 2019 - 2021 as a trigger were inferred as one of criteria for classifying promotion organizations.
