Outline of Final Research Achievements

Genome-wide methylation and SNP analysis was carried out to prediction of placental abruption. Placental DNA from abruption was assayed, and then some specific methylated genes were identified, however, any SNP detected abruption was not identified. In placental abruption, gene methylation in placental DNA has been responsible for its onset.
