Outline of Final Research Achievements	We confirmed the differentiation efficiency to pancreatic beta-cell of chemical compounds using adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells. Identified chemical compounds were injected in ob/ob mouse and diabetes mellitus mouse. And we checked the blood glucose level of these mouse. It was showed that a few compounds were effective to treat the diabetes mellitus.
