Outline of Final Research Achievements

Over expression of COPA, neither edited nor non-edited RNA of inhibited growth of malignant pleural mesothelioma. Over expression did not affect migration and invasion of malignant pleural mesothelioma.
High density culture increased COPA expression. Culture under either hypoxia + low glucose, or hypoxia +high glucose revealed that glucose concentration does not influence COPA expression.
