Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The prognosis of malignant brain tumor depends on the presence or absence of IDH1 mutation. It is also known that malignant brain tumors contain cancer stem cells that are the source of tumors. We have showed that IGFBP 7 and COLA 1 are involved in malignant tumor diversity.
