Outline of Final Research Achievements

In order to develop novel periodontal tissue regeneration therapies, we tried to determine the optimal experimental conditions utilizing a mouse in vivo FGF-2 periodontal tissue regeneration model. We also demonstrated an in vitro screening for FGF-2 regulated molecules. These screening approaches are anticipated useful for developing novel periodontal tissue regeneration therapies in the future.
