Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We tried to develop odor memory test to evaluate olfactory dysfunction in dementia disorders. However, our method using the Open Essence was not suitable for this purpose. In the sub analysis, we found that loss of awareness of hyposmia is associated with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease. we published these results in a international peer-review journal.
