Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The effcts of butyrylcholinesterase (BCHE) on the pharmacokinetics and myocardial protective effect of beta-blocker, landiolol, were investigated in myocardial damage markers, cardiac function, and prognostic factor. The phamachokinetics and myocardial protective effects of landiolol were altered by the hemodynamic change during the cardiac surgery, and modified by BCHE in the post operative state.
