Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Transforming growth factor (TGF) βincreased the gene expression of snail andαSMA in immortalized endometrioal epithelial cells (EECs). And TGFβ increased invasive potential of EECs by invasion assay. We made the overexpression vector of snail. The overexpression of snail in EECs increased invasive potential by invasion assay. We checked the gene expression of snail in the endometrioma tissue and the endometrium. The snail expression of the endometrioma tissue was higher than that of the endometrium by immunohystochemistry. It is suggested that snail made the important role for the factor of EMT in endometoriosis.
