Outline of Final Research Achievements |
For efficient peptide enrichment, large-volume sample stacking and transient isotachophoresis were combined. Up to 1000-fold sensitivity increase was achieved without losing separation performance. As for the parallel CE-MS, lower flow rate than 500 nL/min is required, so that 250 pL/min ultra-low flow rate CE-MS system with good ESI signal was achieved by fabricating 5 μm ID capillary to 15 μm OD with HF etching.
