| Research Abstract |
In order to develop novel nanotube devices and also to demonstrate their possibilities in electronics, we organized four research groups on carbon nanotube devices, growth, characterization, and theoretical analysis. During the term of our project, 938 papers have been reported in scientific journals and 627 invited talks were presented. By promoting collaborative work in the project, 52 joint studies between the research groups were undertaken, leading to 53 coauthored papers and 104 collaborative talks.
