| Research Abstract |
This research project was composed of four research items. Each research group was controlled by the generalization squad. The generalization squad paid special attention to harmonize the whole research project by checking the progress of each research, planning and arranging the research, and dispatching the results of research works through holding meetings and symposiums. In every year from FY2009 to FY2012 two meetings per year were held among the members of the project to report the progress of the research and getting advice form the advisory committee. In the end of every year reports of the results of the research were published in both Japanese and English. One domestic symposium and one international symposium were held during the five years research period. In addition one symposium for public was held and a special issue of Earozoru-Kenkyu (an official bulletin of Japan Association of Aerosol Science and Technology) was published as outreach activities.

[Remarks] 酸性雨問題研究会との共催で一般市民向け講座「大気エアロゾルとその植物・人間へのインパクト」を平成 23年5月21日に東京農工大学農学部(東京都府中市)において開催した。6件の講演を行い、終了後アンケートを実施した。50名を超える参加者があり、講演の内容に約60%が十分満足、約40%が、まあ満足したとの回答を寄せた。
