2021年度前半は横浜市立大学附属病院における[11C]flumazenil PETの撮像体制を確立した。2021年度後半は脳卒中亜急性期におけるAMPA受容体・GABA受容体の発現比をPET画像で算出するための特定臨床研究計画を策定した。 本研究計画は2021年12月の横浜市立大学臨床研究審査委員会で審議が開始され, 2022年3月に承認された。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
2022年度は脳卒中群5例, 健常群5例を目標に特定臨床研究を開始・展開する。また, [11C]K-2 AMPA受容体PET画像と[11C]flumazenil GABA受容体PET画像からAMPA受容体・GABA受容体発現比を算出する画像処理プロセスの確立を行う。
