Research Abstract

実験共同研究:イ)稀士類領域の実験グル-プは昨年度のニ-ルス・ボ-ア研究所での実験結果を補足するデ-タを筑波大タンデムを用いて集積した。この結果質量数130領域の奇々核の低スピンにおける指標逆転現象が実験的にほぼ確立された。またこの現象はクランキング模型では容易に説明しえない事も明らかになった。2)N=Z=40近傍の原子核の高スピン状態の研究では,シリエンボ-ルの改善を行ない核種同定を有効に行なう方法を高めた。8月の実験ではこの領域に超変形状態が存在するかどうかに焦点をあて,現在まで明らかにしてきた様々な回転バンドの変形の大きさを決める実験を行なった。この実験結果のデ-タ解折は九大において開発したプログラムで行なっている最中であり,その予備的な結果は学会で公表している。3)ク-ロン励起に関する実験は8月と3月とに2回行なった。現在までに^<154>Smの基底回転バンドの変形の大きさを決定する事が出来,また新たなる種類の回転バンドを発見した。
理論共同研究:イ)高速回転状態に伴なって現われる多量のガンマ線の相関実験デ-タについて,新しい統計処理方法の理論が確立された。2)超変形状態の崩壊過程を記述する新しい現象論的模型が提起され,具体的計算が進行している。3)超変形回転バンド上に形成される集団振動モ-ドの微視的研究の結果,バナナ型の八重極振動モ-ドが低い励起状態として現われる可能性がある事を理論的に予言した。4)相互作用するボソン模型を用いて超変形バンドの構造についての研究が進み,SU(3)を超変形状態に適用して超変形バンドからの崩壊を記述する一つの方法を提示した。
