| Research Abstract |
研究は大きく以下の3グル-プに分かれて実施した。総合プランとしてグル-プI、IIを主軸とし、グル-プIIIは、方法に関して得られた情報を生かしてグル-プI、IIの活動をバックアップし、その促進をはかった。
グル-プI:腫瘍細胞あるいは生殖細胞の糖鎖抗原の解析とモノクロ-ナル抗体の作製。癌細胞の抗体の網羅と硫酸化糖鎖に対応するモノクロ-ナル抗体の作製(神奈木)。胃癌・大腸癌の糖鎖抗原の解析とモノクロ-ル抗体(山口)。ヒト腺癌の糖鎖抗原(YH206)とそのモノクロ-ナル抗体(今井)。精子表面の糖鎖抗原とモノクロ-ナル抗体(辻)。
グル-プII:各細胞の膜系糖鎖の構造の多様性とその機能および病態的意義。マウス小腸粘膜の糖鎖の多様性(村松)。シビレエイ電気器官のニコチン性アセチルコリン受容体の糖鎖(林)。マウスリンパ組織からの免疫細胞の膜の抗原タンパク質の糖鎖(中島)。神経系細胞特にシナプスの糖鎖(黒田)。
グル-プIII:複合糖黒だの微量かつ簡便な構造解析法を開発し、特にシアル酸をもつオリゴ糖の分析を研究(高橋、石原)。HNMRによるオリゴ糖構造のデ-タの蓄積(荒田)
