| Research Abstract |
各自当初に計画した線にそって実験を進めた。本年度の研究経過は次のとおりである。
I.佐藤は、1986ー1990年の資料を整理し、カワウの繁殖期と繁殖性について考察した。島田は、ブンチョウの繁殖が秋から冬の短日型であることを血中性ステロイドの変動から明確にした。
II.泉は、ガチョウの産卵・就巣・休産・換羽と血中の性ステロイドとプロラクチンを関連づけて調べた。また、ガチョウは卵殻の形成に2日を要することをX線撮影により証明した。田中(耕)は、in vitroの条件下で、プロスタグランジンが排卵を誘起することを示唆した。今井は、放卵にも、プロスタグランジンと卵胞ステロイドが関与するとした。田中(克)は、卵管子宮部のバソトシンレセプタ-の性質を調べ、最大結合部位数を求めた。森は、顆粒膜細胞の長期培養の条件を確立した。
III.今井は、クラッチの継続性は卵巣自身が決めると考えた。和田は、ウズラの繁殖の年周期について検討し、産卵の停止には温度が関与し、温度低下に伴う甲状腺ホルモン(T_3)の上昇による結果としている。島田は、就巣期におけるプロラクチンmRNAの動態を明らかにした。田名部は、メラトニン血中ステロイドの日周リズムを検討した。
以上について、班員は鳥類内分泌シンポジウム(10月20ー21日、広島大学)において進行状況を説明し、意見を交換した。
