| Research Abstract |
本研究の本年度の研究実績をまとめると,以下の通りである.
1.知的融合CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM/CAPMシステムの研究調査と基本構成の検討
CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM/CAPMの各システムに関する国内外の研究動向に関して調査を行い,さらに,それらの融合化に関する研究動向を,CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing)やCED(Concurrent Engineering Design)などを中心に調査,検討を加えた.さらに,各アクティビディを融合化する上で重要となる統合デ-タベ-ス技術について調査検討を行い,オブジェクト指向デ-タベ-スを基本としたシステム統合の構成の基本設計を行なった.
2.プロダクトモデル/生産プロセスモデル/生産環境モデルの統合化の検討
生産における重要な標記の3つのモデルの相互関係について検討を加えた.とくにプロダクトモデルの検討に際しては,購入したグラフィックス-パ-コンピュ-タ上のエンジニアリングモデリング環境KSWADを用いて構築と視覚化することを行なった.
3.CAD/CAE/CAPP/CAM/CAPMに必要な知識の分析
標記のアクティビティにおいて用いられる知識の代表例を収集し,知識工学の分野で提唱される知識表現の各手法の適用について検討を加えた.また,一部の例に関して,購入したワ-クステ-ション上で作動する知識表現言語(Frame)による記述を行い,統合化知識ベ-スシステムの要求仕様を明確化した.
