| Research Abstract |
130名の男子学生(平均年齢23.5歳)を対象に、自転車エルゴメ-タ-を用いて、60%VO_2max15分間の運動を行わせ、運動前後に採血し、血中ホルモンと70項目の一般生化学物質を測定し、運動による内分泌代謝系の変動と、生化学物質の変動の相関をとった。又16名の間脳一下垂体障害の患者でも同様のテストを行い、GnRHテストやTRH負荷テスト(薬剤負荷テスト)との反応性を比較した。
1.カテコ-ルアミン関係としてド-パミン(DA)、ノルアドレナリン(NA)、アドレナリン(AD)、の3種をHPLC法を用いて測定した。NA,ADは有意の増加を示したがDAは不定であった。2.下垂体前葉ホルモンとしてはACTH,GH,PRL,TSHは有意の増加を示したが、LH,FSHは不変であった。患者において、薬剤負荷に反応する者は、生理的負荷テストにも反応を示し、薬剤負荷の無反応の者は運動負荷にも無反応であった。3.昇圧ホルモンとしてアルドステロン、レニンの測定を行った。いずれも有意の増加を示した。4.ステロイドホルモンとして、コ-チゾ-ル、テストステロン、エストラジオ-ルの測定を行った結果コ-チゾ-ルは有意の上昇を示したが、性ホルモンは不変であった。5.糖質代謝ホルモンとしてグルカゴン、インスリン、ソマトスタチンの測定を行った結果、インスリンの減少とグルカゴンの増加がみられた。ソマトスタチンは不定であった。6.甲状腺一副甲状腺系では、FT3,FT4,PTHの増加とカルチトニンの低下がみられた。オステオカルシンは増加した。7.水分代謝に関しては、ADH,HANPの有意の上昇がみられた。8.消化管ホルモンであるモチリン,VIP,CCK,セクレチン,サブスタンスPは不変であった。9.尿中GHは有意の増加を示した。10.血中生化学物質との相関は多くのホルモンと認められたが、その意義については目下検討中である。
