Research Abstract	褐色脂肪組織の分化・発生、機能調節の生理・生化学的機構、病態特に肥満との関係について、又褐色脂肪組織と関連する幾つかの問題について平成3年度に引き続き、今後の研究を推進する上で有益な示唆を与える多くの知見が得られた。1.褐色脂肪組織の中枢性調節:視床下部腹内側核刺激は交感神経を介して褐色脂肪組織を刺激するが、また中脳、橋、延髄などの関与も示唆された(堀)。褐色脂肪組織の脂肪合成に関与する中枢性因子の存在が示唆された(嶋津)。ストレス性熱産生には褐色脂肪組織の関与が示されているが、その際Interleukinl-CRF-ACTH系の関与が示唆された(村上)。暑熱馴化により非ふるえ熱産生発現の環境温度は高くなり、抑制がみられ、褐色脂肪組織の熱産生抑制が推測される(永坂、小坂)。2.褐色脂肪組織の病態機能:高β_3特異性アドレナリン受容体作動物質の抗肥満、抗糖尿病作用は褐色脂肪組織機能の亢進による(吉田)。褐色脂肪組織機能の低下を介する肥満の発現にInterleukinlの関与する胃機能の変化が示唆された(高杉)。3.褐色脂肪組織の構造:褐色脂肪細胞の分化・増殖の機能を知るための新しい三次元培養法の有効なことが明らかにされた(杉原)。褐色脂肪細胞は明暗を環境温度の変化によって影響を受け、松果体機能との関係が示唆された(松嶋)。褐色脂肪組織にはアドレナリン作動性線維以外に、NP-Y、S-P線維が血管、実質細胞に分布していることが示された(金村)。4.褐色脂肪組織の末梢性調節:褐色脂肪細胞のCa^<2+>の動態の解析が行われ、細胞内Ca^<2+>結合タンパク質の存在が示唆された(入來)。低圧、低酸素下の高地に生息するげっし類の褐色脂肪組織の特性の検討が行われた(柳平)。G_<M3>が褐色脂肪組織の主要ガングリオシドであり、組織増殖、機能亢進の調節要素の一つであることが示唆された(黒島)。
