Research Abstract	平成5年度は、次のような研究実績をあげるとともに、3年間にわたる本研究の総括を行った。 1。運動関連脳磁図の記録国立生理学研究所、米国国立衛生研究所(NIH)およびヘルシンキ工科大学との共同研究により、正常者の手指の随意運動に伴って大脳皮質から発生する磁場を記録し、運動開始時点の直前直後に現われる電位の発生源の一部を明らかにした。 2。単純な運動と複雑な運動における中枢制御機構の比較正常者の手指の複雑な運動と単純な運動に先行する頭皮上脳電位を比較し、複雑な運動では補足運動野のほかに両側の一次運動野も重要な働きをなすことを明らかにした。また中指と示指の同時運動に比べて中指の単離運動の場合に一次運動野が重要な役割を果たすことを明らかにした。 3。ポジトロン断層撮影(PET)による脳血流測定を用いた機能画像正常者を対象として、手指の運動課題施行中に酸素15で標識した水(H2^<15>O)を静脈注射してPETにより脳血流を測定し、その血流画像を同一被検者のMR画像に重畳して脳の活動部位を求めたところ、上記の電気生理学的研究に基ずく結果を支持するデータを得た。 4。随伴陰性変動の発生源の検討感覚認知と運動反応の連関を反映すると考えられる脳電位、随伴陰性変動(CNV)を随意運動に先行する準備電位と比較すると、小脳遠心路の傷害を示す患者では後者は消失するが、前者は正常に保たれ、両電位の発生機序の相違の一端を明らかにした。
