| Research Abstract |
平成3、4年度の研究を継続した。すなわち下記の実験を行った:
1)人体材料の組織学的検討。名古屋大学附属病院等の手術材料を研究した。(しかし、データ不足であり今後の継続研究を要する。)
2)イヌの小腸と近位結腸のペースメーカー細胞の検討。
生理学的に緩徐波(slow waves)が記録されている部位に特殊平滑筋(大部分を占める一般平滑筋とは形態を異にする)を見いだした。さらに、これらの部位の自発性収縮能を検討した。
3)イヌの近位結腸の筋層間神経叢領域に「斜走筋」を発見した。
当初に予定した下記の実験は設備の関係で実行できなかった。
4)細胞内電極法による実験。
5)レーザー照射によるペースメーカー細胞の性質の変化。
6)ペースメーカー細胞の培養。
イヌの小腸と近位結腸の「ペースメーカー細胞」については、結果を英文原著論文としてまとめて発表することができた。
将来的には、イヌの小腸と近位結腸の「ペースメーカー細胞」について、緩徐波および自発性収縮能の発生との関連を調べたい(目下、追加実験が進行中)。
