Research Abstract

1.イヌ左心室をバリウム含有溶液で潅流することにより収縮期に近い心停止状態とした.この状態で薄い心室横断切片を作り,左室自由壁切断前後での切片表面のマーカの変位から残留ひずみの計測を試みた.その結果,心内膜側においては円周方向に圧縮,半径方向に引張の残留ひずみが認められた.(阿部)2.ウシ大動脈由来の培養内皮細胞を用い,流れの方向が細胞の形態と細胞骨格構造に及ぼす影響について検討した.流れを対向的に加えた場合には,一方向のみに流れの加えた場合に比べて細胞の反応は弱く,細胞の流れの方向性をも感知していることが予想された.(佐藤)3.骨芽細胞の骨形成能の一つの指標である細胞内のアルカリ性ホスファターゼ活性を定量して,高重力が細胞活性に及ぼす影響を検討した.高重力負荷によりこの活性が有意に上昇し,高重力の刺激が骨芽細胞様細胞の細胞活性に影響していることを示した.(立石)4.PVAゲルの膨潤と力学緩和,ポリウレタンフィルム,イヌの動脈の一軸および二軸伸長変形下における力学的性質を測定し,生体モデル物質と生体組織の力学特性の相違点を明らかにした.また,脈動応力下における血管の変形挙動を解析するシステムを構築した.(升田)5.心筋の能動・受動的状態をともに記述する構成式を興奮収縮連関を考慮に入れて定式化し,等尺・等張性収縮実験,Ca^<2+>濃度変化と関連した心変力作用の特徴を記述した.このモデルを心臓左心室の有限要素シミュレーションに組込み,心周期の解析が可能となった.(村上)6.完全および部分的除負荷により凍結処理膝蓋腱の力学特性は低下した.この効果は非細胞成分によることを明らかにした.完全除負荷後に再負荷をした実験では,除負荷の期間が3週間以内の短期間の場合には力学特性は一定の値をとったが,長期間になると低下した.(安田)
