| Research Abstract |
1.In situ FTIR-水晶振動子マイクロバランス同時測定システムの開発
昨年度開発済の当システムのセル、電極構造等をさらに改良し、感度、再現性の向上を図った。次いで本システムを用いてフェロセニルアルカンチオール自己組織化単分子層のフェロセン部位の酸化還元にともなう構造変化と質量変化の同時測定に成功し、本システムの有用性を確認した。
2.STM/AFM-水晶振動子マイクロバランス同時測定システムの開発
STMおよびAFM測定と同時に水晶振動子の周波数変化を取り込むことによって、表面構造と周波数変化との対応を得ることが可能なシステムを構築した。水晶振動子マイクロバランスで探針と基板の相互作用が応力として周波数変化を引き起こしていることが明らかとなり、全く新しい表面評価法となることが実証できた。
