Research Abstract

森田(阪大)は、静電気力の感度10pNを0.1pNに空間分解能30nmを1.5nmに改善して静電気力顕微鏡の超高感度化・超高分解能化を達成した。市ノ川(早稲田大)は、走査型オージェ電子顕微鏡(SAM)と走査型トンネル顕微鏡(STM)の複合化を行い、試料の同じ位置をSAMとSTMで同時観察可能にした。高柳(東工大)は、電子顕微鏡の中で、ウラファイトのステップのSTM像観察を行い、STM像と探針先端形状の対応付けを行った。潮田(東北大)は、HOPG上のR6G分子からのSTM発光を観測して、発光ピークがかなり長波長側にシフトしている事を見いだした。魚住(青学大)は、平面上に微粒子が1次元的に配列した経路の一部電界に逆行している場合、負性抵抗が生ずる事をモンテカルロ計算で見いだした。大津(東工大)は、モード解析で見いだした高効率のプラズモンモードが発生出来る開口形成を実現して、近接場光発生・受光効率の30-1000倍の改善に成功した。板谷(東北大)は、Au(111)、Pt(111)清浄表面とヨウ素吸着表面のSTS測定を電解質溶液中と超高真空中で行い、表面がヨウ素で被覆されると平均バリア高さが減少する事を見いだした。魚崎(北大)は、半導体/溶液界面の電気化学分光測定を行い、表面処理による表面準位の導入(ルテニウム処理)、除去(イオウ処理)を明確に示す事に成功した。武笠(北大)は、スピン偏極STMの開発で、エピタクシャルGaAs試料と遷移金属探針の組み合わせで大気中でスピン偏極が検出される事を示したが、更に高真空中に測定系を移しSTSも可能となった。尾崎(早稲田大)は、角度分解型トンネル分光法で、ネスティングが完全でCDWギャップの異方性が小さい1T-TaS_2のトンネルスペクトルの相対角依存性はTiSe_2と比較すると小さいことを見いだした。
