生物学的モニタリングによる混合溶剤曝露の評価

Research Abstract	池田・井口・河合は産業職場で混合溶剤を取扱い曝露を受けている作業者について検診と尿分析による生物学的モニタリングを行い、その所見を既報の単独曝露と照合・検討した結果、許容濃度を下廻る程度の低濃度曝露時にはスチレンとアセトンとの混合蒸気曝露、トルエンとキシレンとの混合蒸気曝露時にはいずれの場合も有意な代謝競合は認められないことを確認した。竹内はトリメチルベンを溶剤として転写印刷を行っている作業者について尿中代謝分析と溶剤曝露測定を行い、曝露指標として尿中3,4-ジメチル馬尿酸の分析が有用であることを確認した。佐藤は前年度行った理論考察および試験管内実験の系を動物実験系に移して確証を進め、エタノール反復投与による酵素誘導が低濃度でもその代謝に影響を与えるような溶剤と、高濃度曝露時にのみ影響を認める溶剤のあることを示した。緒方は生物学的モニタリングを実用に供する諸条件について考察を行い、ことに従来から行われている環境モニタリングとの対比においてその長所と問題点について整理を行った。
