| Research Abstract |
1.卵巣の灌流培養装置の改良を試みた。培養装置から酸素ガスが流出するのを防止しするために酸素化装置に大きな改良を加えた結果、6時間にわたる灌流培養中の培養液の水素イオン濃度が安定した。また培養終了後に卵を採取しやすくするために、培養チャンバー内の卵巣と培養液を流動パラフィンで覆った。
2.体外にて4〜6時間灌流培養した後も、卵胞膜内層や黄体のΔ5-3β-水酸基脱水素酵素およびグルコース-6リン酸脱水素酵素の活性が認められた。
